They need to understand that during a global pandemic, they should be more flexible on the refund/reschedule policies. They denied my sister in law a refund/reschedule given the Coronovirus pandemic.
Not a reputable company!, I’m canceling my reservation due to current situation in our country and they are not offering a refund😳
I have a 2 week rental through SunHost in 4 days and decided to cancel due to virus and the state of our country. We are told to stay home, only nonessential travel, all nonessential businesses closed but yet SunHost believes I should drive over 900 miles and complete my 2 week stay. Across our nation in the travel industry, they are all offering refunds/vouchers with the current situation. SunHost is offering nothing!! Not a reputable company that I would want to rent through. Very sad🙁

RecommendedI’ve been going to beach place unit 402 for many many years now. It’s clean, beautiful and family friendly. We love going to the beach, swimming in the pool and taking naps. My 6 and 2 year old have a blast.
Stayed at Crimson 6 times now back for our 7th in October. Beautiful condo with amazing views. The staff are always so helpful too at check in and departure or just if you need anything. Cant wait to be back.
this has been my third booking with Sunhost and you have NEVER failed us! the rooms are clean and worth EVERY penny for beachfront rentals! the office staff is always cheerful and helpful. you will continue to have my business!! see you next time!
We stayed in Beach Place 209, and absolutely DID NOT want to leave. the condo was beautiful, super homey feeling. The pool was always clean, and staff we ran into were always friendly and helpful. John's Pass area is beautiful and lots to do within walking distance. Sunhost made booking, check in, and check out super easy. we will definitely be back!
Stayed at Beach Place#202. Awesome place and very nice. Office staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool kept clean, beach is wonderful, clean and well maintained. Definitely will be making a trip back. And of course great location across the street from Johns pass. Everything in walking distance for those who do not have transportation.
