RENTER BEWARE! I could give a zero I would. Booked trip thru vrbo. Numerous places it said 100% refund if cancelled before 2 months prior to trip. Had to cancel trip and they returned all except a $85 cancellation fee they hid in the fine print of the rental agreement that you see right before you pay. Rented a Sandy Shores Condo 305 the week of Thanksgiving 2021. Cost me 1300.00 The Condo was disgusting. Dead bugs in kitchen drawers. Kitchen sink stunk and would not drain. Carpet was discussing. The worst part is they my daughter and I had allergic reactions to something in the condo. The bathroom ventilation did not work. My daughter broke out with a allergy induced rash and had trouble breathing . I spent the week coughing and wheezing. The electrical out let in the bathroom was barely hanging on. RecommendedJust checked in about an hour ago at Madeira Norte. With all the chaos going on I know that they have been extremely busy with new protocols; our condo is immaculate! Pleased ..... is an understatement. We have stayed here many times before and it had always been a great experience and tidy. But when we opened our condo door it smelled like a hospital. Just had our second stay in 304 Sandy Shores.. vast improvement on last year.. only complaints were the toilet needs replacing and the bathroom sink does not drain..location is prime..you literally could park your car and not use it till you leave!
We love the area and have continued to return for family and friend vacations. They made rescheduling easy during a stressful time.
I called to cancel our April vacation due to the corona virus but learned we could rebook. They made it a very easy and quick process. Hoping we can enjoy this vacation several months down the line.🌊🌴
Allowed us to reschedule our spring break reservation from this year to next year due to COVID-19 pandemic. Looking forward to spring 2021.
