Customer service is fantastic. I have a CZ500 misting fan going on 3 years now and it's amazing. The folks there always answer emails and phone calls. I've seen them at trade shows and their products are great. The CZ500 is what everyone wants when they come over to my porch and see my misting fan playing music and getting rid of bugs, and at the same time, putting out a nice scent. The people of Sunheat heaters are awesome!!! I inherited one of these heaters from my Mom. It was about 10 years old or so and had quit working. They have a full tutorial on line of troubleshooting. I decided to send the heater to them for repair as I wanted it to last another 10 years. Real people answer the phone, no pressing 1 for anything. They sent a shipping label, repaired the unit in 3 days and sent it back. Customer service couldn't be better!!!!
