I was lucky enough to spend Summer Solstice 2026 at SunHawk Farms. The SunHawk setting was perfect for our 42nd Solstice Party. We could enjoy nature all around, with the comfort that our footprint on the Earth was minimized. This took all of the fun to the next level; it was a truly beautiful weekend. I am deeply grateful to the Schaeffer family for sharing their vision of Eco Living with the rest of us.
Came here for Pickleball camp sponsored by Will Tams, June 2026. SunHawk Farms exceeded all expectations!!! John the creator/owner is friendly, warm, down to earth, and a fascinating visionary. Sarah his daughter-equally kind & warm, provided delicious & abundant meals of fresh fruit, veggies (many from their own organic garden) and various proteins to accommodate our groups different diets. Sunhawk Farms is more than just a natural retreat; it’s a place where the soul is deeply nourished by a truly healing and nurturing land. The water here is magical—so soft and pure that it leaves your body feeling completely restored from the inside out. We celebrated a friend's 50th birthday at SunHawk - with 20+ adults in June, and we all loved the venue. The owner & hosts were super accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for the weekend - plentiful towels, water toys, and much more. The lake was perfect for frolicking, beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for group meals. I just got to experience this incredibly beautiful place for the first time. So grateful to be invited to my friends 50th birthday weekend there! We loved swimming and floating in the pond and the land is absolutely magical. My son had so much fun on the water slide and hanging out in the bunkhouse with all the kids. Thank you for sharing this very special place with us!! Be sure to check out the little stand that has their olive oil and Sarah's exquisite products-the Lavender Spritzer and Rose Oil are divine!!
