Nathanial Mundy is quite incompetent apparently. Filled out a family member’s form wrong, refused to give reason, was given a form to fill out in with a deadline because of the initial error. Couldn’t even do that. Strange, frustrating, and unprofessional.

This experience was dealing with a surgically repaired knee at multiple points. The receptionist and team are always friendly to deal with. The physiotherapist (Amar) motivated me with his knowledgeable, pleasant and experienced approach that 2.5 years later I've regained functions enough to go back to life.
