I have been with Dr Joe for 17 years. He is very thorough and has taken very good care of me all the years. I recommend him very highly.
Dr. Joe took his time, asked me questions, but more importantly he listened to me. The office was very professional, kind and courteous staff. I was very happy
He suggests medication based on your life style, physical condition and lab results. The same with tests he might recommend. I find him easy to talk to and get my questions answered. He's pleasant and has a good sense of humor :)
Dr. Joe is very thorough, however, the front reception area is run very oddly. If I need a lab paper or Rx refilled or just ask a question, I have to sign in and WAIT. It takes forever and then I'm told they'll have to call me when they have talked to the doctor. That wouldn't be so bad, but they NEVER call back. It's very upsetting to go through this process for something simple.
The care I have had from Dr.Joe has been very good. Just don't understand why you have to wait for a return call to get talk to anybody at his office it is very annoying.
