Excellent customer service from start to finish. I purchased a pair of Meta glasses while on vacation, but after wearing them for a week, they became uncomfortable. Since I live out of town, the store handled the entire exchange remotely and made the process incredibly easy. They were understanding, accommodating, and quickly sent my replacement. I really appreciate how well they took care of me with their amazing customer service and I highly recommend them.

Everyone in this store was fabulous to work with! I came in to get some cleaner for the glasses I bought the year prior on vacation after being out on the beach all day. They cleaned them for me and sold me a bottle of the cleaner that they use to clean the product in the store.
