Been a month since I ordered a pair of $100 sunglasses. Ordered and had money withdrawn from account on July 11th. Poor customer service. Unable to leave voicemail cause the inbox was full on 3 separate numbers. 5 phone calls later over the course of a week, someone picked up on the 19th and said “they’ll be coming into the store by the end of the week.” 1 Month later…… and It’s now august 16th and I have not gotten an update, returned phone call on the status, and obviously still no sunglasses. Absolutely bullshit.
