No Customer Service – I've learned my lesson on expensive glasses, so I just buy cheap ones. However, I received a nice pair of glasses as a gift, however couldn't justify the money spent on them. So I took them back with case, receipt, and stickers - never wore them. The employee working there took the glasses and picked up the phone calling the "manager".
