I'm on here to defend myself... I used to be the Sunglass Hut manager here in Macy's. I used to get complimented all the time for myself and my staff for the service we gave our customers. To read that I was rude and unprofessional is laughable. This is probably coming from someone might have wanted a refund on an item that was damaged and or way past the return date. Teresa the manager is so unprofessional and rude she had such a bad attitude and was not helpful we ended up leaving and we will not be shopping at this location if shes there
