My son and I went to go get glasses last week. My son's first really nice pair of Ray-Bans. Macy's employee was so helpful she made it a great experience!!. so very patient wanted to make sure he got the exactly what he wanted. Not to mention the promotion they have is awesome!! I recommend anyone visiting and treating themselves to a great pair of sunglasses.
Great service, extremely knowledgeable in brand names and helping with choosing a style right for me.
Disappointed. Customer service skills lacking. All the store associates ingored me and didn't want to help me. Ended up leaving to another store where they were happy to take my money.
