I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Adrian, the sunglass hut manager at Macys ocean county mall. ,He is more than amazing for providing a great customer experience. I purchased my sunglasses a few months ago and there was a manufacturer issue with the lense. He was able to solve the issue the same day. Thank you so much Adrian. Thank you for being so professional and so caring about sunglass hut Macys loyal customers. Best of luck !!
Adrian was great to work with and was very helpful.
Juli was an absolute pleasure to work with. If every single one of your stores had a Juli in it you’d never need another employee. She assisted me with getting my Meta glasses replaced after them breaking on me and having issues with the protection plan I bought for them. She went above and beyond to make sure she was able to get it taken care of for me. Juli is a legend.
We’ve had Adrián help us for two days now, and OMG, he was the best!!! His service is truly amazing, and that’s actually why we came back the second day to make another purchase! Highly recommend!
Had a wonderful experience recently picking out designer sunglass with Andre (sp?) who helped me and my husband. He was very helpful selecting styles that fit my face and a we ended up picking out the perfect pair!!
