Spend $619 on Ray Bans and three days later one lens fell out. Employee " Jenne " told me that "damage" was not covered even thought she could find not damage and the glasses were not damaged. Furthermore, when I arrived their was no one at the kiosk for 15 minutes and when Jenne finally showed up, she stated that she wrote a note, "but forgot to put it out"....??? TERRIBLE - TERRIBLE customer service.
Best place to get sunglasses! I won't go anywhere else!
