The lady over there looks like a Indian lady has a different attitude and was very rude I really want someone to read this and improve there customer service and the way they speak to their customers Really annoying
I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Adrian Z. I wanted a new pair of Ray-Ban‘s, but was looking for a different style than I always get. He spent almost an hour with me giving advice and trying on different pairs. He was fun, helpful, and never once got annoyed with my many times I changed my mind. I love my new pair of Ray-Ban’s that I purchased and I also purchased replacement lenses for frames I have. I highly recommend shopping there, especially if Adrian is working!
Third sunglass hut I went to at the Menlo Mall Macys and was about to leave and Devin asked what I was looking for and brought me 5 frames I would like and honestly I’ve never had a better experience buying sunglasses. I walked out with two pairs that I completely fell in love with, one frame I would have never tried on so glad I did! Absolutely amazing customer service.
The sales reps here are very helpful every single time.
