This store was good and the staff is amazing
In customer service it's terrible , they're just talking to each other , they also have an arrogant attitude, We went to Santa Row store and they were very kind !
A so-called “30-minute lunch break” turned into an indefinite closure. I waited far longer than any reasonable customer should and ultimately had to leave without purchasing glasses. What is the point of running a business that stays closed during normal hours? This is blatant mismanagement, complete disregard for customers, and an embarrassment of a business operation. There was a 26 person occupancy limit but only one customer was inside. We saw the salesperson chit chatting
Ridiculous store policy of one customer at a time meant that we got not get it even after 30 minutes of waiting.
