I went to sunglass hut in Southern Park Mall about buying a new sunglass case to replace the lost one. I explained my situation to the sales associate and DM (district manager,I believe), I have Ralph Luaren sunglasses, he replaced my case ( Ralph Laren) for free. I'm 🙏 ty!
Truly an exceptional sales experience! Dorell was absolutely amazing. As I was looking at the meta glasses Dorell made sure to go through all the opportunities I could have with these glasses. He also let me experience them in real time. Very hands-on.
Woman working was nice. Unfortunately if I'm going to spend $200 or $300 on a pair of sunglasses I don't want to buy them when it looks like half of Boardman has already wore them. Not going to spend that much money when there's grease all over the nose piece, smudges, fingerprints and dirt all over the lenses already.
