I commend the manager Brian for his customer service and his willingness to go the extra mile for his customers. After purchasing a pair of sunglasses here, I noticed some cosmetic defects on the lenses. I attempted to return them but whoever I initially spoke to was unable to help as it was part of a complicated protection plan exchange.
