I was at the Scarborough location a few days ago and was greeted by 5 amazing people. Today I go into the Fairview location for a return and was ignored to the max by rep “ rose”.. this lady was on the phone from the moment I stepped in. Not work phone, personal phone, no hi .. no one moment… continued to talk on the phone while I waited . Then after 5 minutes.. comes with the outmost attitude and barely helped me with my refund. I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut thanks to the exceptional service from Devansh and Nikita. Devansh was very friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through different styles until I found the perfect pair. His knowledge about the products and honest suggestions made the process so much easier. I really appreciated how he took his time without being pushy. Excellent customer service - would definitely come back!
Nickita is a wonderful customer service/sales representative. She is very patient, helpful and honest. I would highly recommend visiting Sunglass hut at Fairview Mall.
