Great customer service at this location. Helped me replace a new pair Ray Bans that had defective glasses. Very professional staff!

Terrible policy of not allowing customers in just to buy sunglasses. I already knew that I wanted to by the Rayban RB2210 and did not want to browse, but was forced to wait on line outside. The security guard was inflexible about this policy. Covid is over, no one is going to get sick standing next to each other, but you will decrease your profits by turning away paying customers. I bought the same pair of sunglasses at Lenscrafters instead.
I stopped by the store location at Valley Fair last weekend to fix a pair of my Ray-Bans, as they were becoming increasingly uncomfortable. Andres greeted us very warmly and kindly offered his services. He quickly adjusted my sunglasses, ensuring they fit perfectly, and I was set to go in no time. I really appreciated his friendly and efficient service—it made the whole experience so much better. Thank you, Andres, for your professionalism and for making sure my Ray-Bans feel great again!
