I’ve been to this location (too) many times in the last year. I bought and returned 2 pairs. The third pair I got the protection plan and just ended up exchanging them for a new (and upgraded) pair of Tom Ford glasses. I love them :) The staff remember me (not sure that’s good at this point lol). I am super happy with the new (and final) pair.
