Compliments to employee Cynthia C. I stopped by The Collection location yesterday for a refill of cleaning solution. Cynthia was busy when I walked in but immediately acknowledged my presence, letting me know she was available to help. She refilled my spray bottle and was so polite and friendly. Great customer service! Andrea was absolutely wonderful and helpful. They helped me pick out a pair that worked with my face shape and I fell in love with the pair she selected. Even though it was out of my price for the time being, she encouraged me to take a picture of the glasses and model, then helped me find it at another location so I can purchase at a later time.
Karis is so helpful and kind! I was looking for sunglasses for a very specific need and she was able to make perfect recommendations. She pays great attention to detail and answered all of my questions. The store has a good selection and I was able to quickly find what I was looking for.
Came to kill time before our dinner reservation, stayed because of the excellent service by Karis! She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. Karis was the best part of our experience in Sunglass Hut. Her enthusiasm and personality made shopping very enjoyable. We will be back!
I am not happy with the Collection store. I had taken a pair of Ray Bans to get repaired a few weeks ago, and I went to check and see what was happening, and they had not even been sent yet
