Nice experience nice customer service...
Sherie was super helpful when I went here. Catered to every request and let me try on any glasses I wanted to see, told me all of her opinions and gave me tips on which sets I might like best. Had a great experience with her at this sunglasses hut! Made my day better.
I visit this location to file a claim for a pair of Oakley glasses i bought for my husband's birthday and manager Sherree had a negative attitude, she turned me away because I didn't have my receipt. I called the 1800 number to get a reprint of mu receipt and was told that the manager should have done that in the first place, worst experience ever.
Worse service ever. The lady on the counter is so rude... she closed 25min before closing time and we even told her to wait 5 min but she tuck glasses from out hand n put it back.
