Aloha really helped me out with a pair of frames I purchased online. She was pleasant and professional.
Ordered online from Ray Ban and had the pair delivered to this store. I never received a call from Sunglass Hut letting me know they had received my package or picked up the phone. I called the store at least 3 times a day for 3 consecutive days to make sure I could pick up my eyeglasses.
