Had Sungift install a 6 kW solar system to my house late 2024. From start to finish their communication was excellent - timely, friendly, with good guidance on options and possibilities. Once a deposit was placed all their team were professional and friendly - scaffolders, roofers, electrical install team - a delight throughout. The system has been working without a glitch, couldn't be happier!
I asked SunGift for help to sort out a wiring issue in my fuse box linked to their solar installation of ten years ago, so that a new meter could be fitted. They were amazing! No complicated and drawn out negotiations, but an appointment the following day and everything resolved quickly and easily. Stress free and friendly - really a pleasure to do business with such lovely professionals, with a "can do" attitude. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Best solar provider EVER! This company has taken customer service to a new level, leaving the others behind. The whole process was well explained and we were involved at all stages. The materials used were of the highest quality which means they won’t break down and need replacing. The people we dealt with were of the highest standard but so friendly and easy to talk to.
