Puerto Rico required a health certificate for my dog issued within ten (10) days of travel by a USDA accredited veterinarian as well as an external parasite treatment within 72 hours of travel recorded on the health certificate. It was the weekend, three (3) days before we were schedule to fly out and I just found out that the usual vet's office we go to did not have a USDA accredited veterinarian that can timely sign the health certificate. Charlotte loves it here. A trip to the Vet is not scary at all. She sees the tech through the door, and she runs towards him.
Went here the other day to get my cat vaccines. I asked them to clip her nails. The vet cut the quick on 2 different toes and my cat left bleeding. Then I noticed they charged me $40 for the nail cut. At least they refunded the services without question.
