Optum is lucky to have Dr Sung Hoon Kim. He is a top notch professional that truly cares for his patients. He spends the time needed with his patients to listen, ask questions and diagnose issues because he truly cares. He is the best primary care physician I have ever had and would recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional.
Dr. Kim was friendly and attentive during my visit. He was was very thorough, listened well, and was clearly invested in helping me with my health concerns. I really appreciate the care I received during my visit.
8 minutes late for my appointment today. Waited 2 minutes to be checked in. The nice lady at the desk went to the back to speak with someone. Upon her return, I was advised that since I was ten minutes late, they would not see me today. Hmmm.
