When the company was owned by a same business this company was top notch! Mrs. Ann was the best excellent customer service!! Now that superior plus has taken over the customer service part is awful! They don't get your gas refills on time. It's always something going on with someone getting back with you! Terrible customer service!!

Really liked this place when it was a small owned business. You could get gas quickly and effectively. Since it was taken over by superior, we've been told two different wait times for gas. We are now completely out of gas and it's day three and was told today by someone else it is normally a two week wait and they aren't sure why someone else told us three days. We've went and bought heaters and electric burners to cook on. Will be looking around for a new gas company .

Never had any issues when this was a small town Company, but since it's become Superior. Lord knows you can't even get any gas delivered, you have to Beg and Pay for gas. I just don't understand I have requested Gas for 4 days and still no refill of the tank, I think it's time to make a Change 2021!!

I previously had a bad experience with Sungas however they have gone above and beyond to fix the problem and to be accommodating. Steve is extraordinary! I couldn’t be more pleased with his level of service.
