We had quite a few problems with our installer but Sungage was extremely helpful in resolving certain problems. I want to especially THANK Daisy Jimenez !!! She listened to the specific problem, understood the situation and did what she promised!

If you ever want to sell your house, NEVER use this company. They say it’s a transferable loan, IT IS NOT. Horrible customer service, only communicates by email. Run for the hills before ever using this company, they’re a nightmare.
Wendy was patient and helpful in walking me thru the loan docs. Even with several red flags she explained up to her training, & reached out to supervisor when needed. Also impressed with password requirements to login to the portal
Probably the worst financial decision I made in my life. 1. Good face to face sales rep. I was told I would save money on my light bill. 2. I was paying less than 110 dollars now I’m paying 288.25. 3. I feel like the biggest idiot ever.
