My elderly parents went initially to see Dr Chung for the hearing loss in my father's ear. The first appointment went very well. They're follow up appointment was a mix up with time so when they rescheduled, it was for two days later. When my parents arrived on time, and after walking the long distance to get into the building since there is no close handicapped parking and they both use walkers, and while it was raining, they were told at the desk that there we no such appointment made. Dr. Chung was very thorough in helping solve my son's hearing problems. He got to the root of the problem after getting no where with other ENTs. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything extremely well to us.

I like Dr. Chung. He seems to know what he is doing and explains things well. The last two months I have had trouble getting prescription refills. A month ago, I had to call to get them just in time. This month I have been waiting eight days and still have not gotten my refill.

HORRIBLE! I was in the ER and was referred to this group to make an appointment. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude! She kept laughing at me when I asked to get in this week per the ER doctors request. I am in a lot of pain and to have the girl laugh at me multiple times was just heartbreaking. I had to call my PCP to let them know the situation. If I could give them 0 stars I would! I had to see an ENT before having surgery because I have bones from my neck growing together and pushing on my esophagus and possibly my airway. He was able to clear me without problems. He was very gentle and slow when moving the instruments around in my nose and throat. He also made sure I was adequately numb so I wasn't coughing or choking. I appreciated the extra time he took to ensure my comfort.
