Our rental coordinator was Ashley. She's probably the friendliest, nicest person you will ever meet. The process was quick and we were off having fun. On the second day we had the golf cart, one of the seat belts got stuck while we were out. We pulled in to see if they could fix the seat belt and they actually said "oh let me just get you another golf cart". Within minutes we were on the new golf cart and off having fun again. Awful golf cart reliability! First cart failed charging after first night. Second cart delivered promptly yet developed error code with 50% diminished top speed performance. Find a competitor golf cart company with more reliable carts. AEZ Golf Cart are not top rated to buy. This is the brand used by Sun N Fun rentals.
Great experience. Will rent again.
