After my previous ride service shut down I called my insurance and was referred to you. My first ride of hopefully many is next week and after reading the reviews I'm nervous. I have a clinic appointment next week and as I do adapt to change it is a difficult change, I don't know what to expect and I'd love to give a better rating at some point

I called yesterday to make sure they had the paperwork from insurance. They said yes we will pick you up by 12:45 tomorrow. It's now 1:30 and they finally called back because they couldn't figure out where my driver was and said I'll send you a driver now. It takes a hour and fifteen minutes to get to where I'm going and the clinic where I was supposed to have my procedure today said I would arrive too late so I had to reschedule because of them. Never riding with them EVER!!!!

I had a 10 am pick up that they didn't bother to show up for. I was in my apartment lobby looking out the windows around 940 am. Finally called them around 1010am. Oh they be there in 10 minutes the operator said 1020am I called my neighbor to take me 20 minutes across town should have been 15 minutes earlier not 10 minutes late. Thankfully the surgeon still saw me.

I have been with Sunflower Transportation for several years now. I find the drivers, courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. The owner is a team leader, a very hard worker, considerate, and accommodating. I have absolutely no plans to change vendor.
