It is interesting to see with almost every 1 star review and a complaint, the owner usually comments something back about how it’s the insurances fault or the person complaining is at fault. Saying “I think you reviewed the wrong company.” No it’s the right company they reviewed. You just don’t seem to know how to accept criticism to try to improve your business. *Edit* As you all can see the owner didn’t read the message well as I said this is for my daughter and they are saying they never picked me up. Correct, you picked ip my daughter. Still lacking communication despite a review with very clear communication indicating this is a scheduled ride for my child! I would never recommend this transportation company to anyone. One of your drivers totaled my vehicle And then on top of it didn’t have insurance
They were always late in picking me up. Plus the driver was texting while driving a lot. I know for a fact with google maps you punch in the address and go. There's no need to always be texting...I will be letting my insurance company know.
