I am new to Cartersville and was so concerned about finding someone close to braid my hair…To say I am HAPPY is such an understatement!! I am so glad I found Terry at Sunflower Salon. First of all, she has the sweetest personality. I loved our conversations. But Baaabaaay, that shampoo and scalp massage had me ready to go lay down!! Terrilyn is the best. She's professional, friendly, and does EXCELLENT work. She is honest, has the sweetest heart, and the quality of customer service she provides is above and beyond. My most recent appointment was on July 4th. She was not working that day, but the app had not blocked the date out as a holiday. Even though it was a mistake, and she was travelling out of town that day, Terrilyn STILL honored the appointment and did my hair. I know it had to have set her plans back significantly--but she never once complaine... read more
