The ladies were talking to each other during our double massage. She left her phone by my head on the bed and at one point it rang and she grabbed it…actually answered it… on speaker!! She also left the room a few times and nice brought back scorching hot rocks that were painful. The whole thing was so unprofessional and sketchy. Very nice spa. They were very accommodating and I was able to relax. Tina was very good. I would highly recommend.
First time going here after my friend recommend it to me. My lady was named Lily or lili. I gave the correct amount of money for my $90 min massage and yes there was a language barrier, but she was clearly upset I didn’t give her more tip on top of the tip I already had given her. She was arguing with me in broken English and my friend had to step in because she was getting more aggressive in tone. "Absolutely loved my experience at Sunflower SPA! The staff was so warm and attentive—they made me feel totally relaxed from the moment I walked in. My massage therapist was incredibly skilled (the tension in my shoulders is gone), and the space was spotless, calm, and smelled amazing. The location in Samanea New York Mall is super convenient too. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my next visit—10/10 recommend this gem!"
