My heater went out last Friday and I googled RV techs near me. Found this one and went through the reviews and called. Randy was very prompt in contacting me back and coming out to look at my furnace. He also came out in negative degree weather Monday to reinstall the furnace and work on it more. The furnace was not cooperating at all but Randy didn't give up and took it back with him one more time. Had a problem with the furnace and called Randy. He went step by step eliminating each potential problem and explaining the process. Eventually we got to the root of the problem. Very professional and very educational and doesn’t hide anything. 10/10 would recommend
