1st time call to Sunflower Mobile RV. We had just bought a 2021 Entegra and had issues with the black tank flush and also needed to learn more about our RV. Randy was on time, friendly and professional. He was able to replace the back flow valve, set up a repeater for my internal TST system, added Freon to engines AC and did a roof inspection. I would highly recommend Sunflower RV Services and Randy to anyone needing help with their RV. He was very helpful and did everything he could to help diagnose the problem before replacing it. Our AC wasn't working and he thoroughly went through everything and come to find out it was a small fuse in the control box that was a cheap and easy fix. Thank you, Randy, for making the trip out and getting us back up and running quickly.
Randy was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. He came out to my home to assess the problem with my RV Air Conditioner. He was very prompt, diligent in finding the problem, and fixed it immediately. He triple checked that all was good before he left. I will use his services in the future. Thought I had a bad battery charger (converter). Randy came out and took the time to explain the system to me and let me know I had most likely messed up installing a new battery and blew the fuses in my current converter. Instead of charging me 250 plus Labor for a new converter he replaced 2 fuses and charged 260 for service call and hour labor. I had been quoted 700 from a dealer in Gardner along with a 4 week lead time. Very satisfied and will use him again when (not if) I break something!
Glad I found a reliable RV service company. Randy was great to work with. Communication was timely and so was the follow through. They replaced my awning and it looks better and works better than ever. Thanks
