Very unprofessional my daughter ran out of medication. I tried calling them several times Left voice messages they never returned my call.we were supposed to have a virtual follow-up appointment that never happened. Now they're charging me for a cancellation. This is the third time that they charged me for a cancellation I would not recommend them at all.
My wife originally had a very rough first experience here that was made right by them.
My daughter has been a patient for almost 4 years and heather is the absolute best. She is easy to talk to, corroborate with and works nicely with our weekly therapist in tandem for her care. She is open to questions and anything I find online and want to ask about. Her demeanor is empathetic, calming and she is soft spoken. We love her and she's made a big difference in our daughters care. Would highly recommend.
