My daughter has been a patient for almost 4 years and heather is the absolute best. She is easy to talk to, corroborate with and works nicely with our weekly therapist in tandem for her care. She is open to questions and anything I find online and want to ask about. Her demeanor is empathetic, calming and she is soft spoken. We love her and she's made a big difference in our daughters care. Would highly recommend.

Editing my past review to hopefully bring attention to the recent issues I’ve faced with this office. I want to clarify that Dr. Heather is & always has been an excellent provider and this rating is in no way reflection of her. I know that if Dr. Heather and Elyse were in office there would be no issue. However for the last few months with new staff in office things have gone downhill and so has my mental health. Dr Heather is the psychiatrist I didn’t know exists. After years of bouncing between doctors, for the first time I feel like I am in the care of someone who genuinely seeks to understand the whole patient and get to the root of the issue rather than just bandaging symptoms. If you’ve ever struggled with mental health, then you know what a big deal it is to look to the future and finally feel hopeful. This practice has made this possible and my only regret is not finding them sooner.
Dr. Heather has been a godsend to my entire family. She is an amazing Dr. who truly cares about her patients and listens to your needs!
