With all that advertisement on the car, I would expect them to drive more cautiously! Coming into Ventura I was nearly rear-ended by a white Kia soul with a blue surfboard on top. They came up very fast without a blinker and nearly missed me, only to cut me off getting back over. No blinkers, excessive speed. You may get your flowers on time but at the risk of everyone on the road!
