They charged me $182 when i went in sick, looked at me and said i just needed to wait it out. They did nothing to help, no meds, nothing. Avoid this highway robbery
I don’t normally take the time to fill these out but this was an awful experience. This place has tunnel vision diagnoses and the provider ignored me when I asked for prescription strength cough medication. Instead, he prescribed the same Mucinex DM OTC I had already told him in the H&P that I had been taking the last 10 days to go with my new Tamiflu. Horrible horrible!! We came for a simple abscess and all we got was really bad attitude! Pretty sure they just didn't want to work because we showed up 15 minutes before they didn't take any more people for the day. Go across the street to St Lukes they had us in and taken care of in a professional manner in half an hour!

Great staff! First: HEADS UP! The location listed here is wrong, go to 5675 Roe Blvd Besides Google sending me to the wrong place, my experience at urgent care was beyond wonderful. I’ve been twice, both times the doctor/nurses I saw was amazing. I have never had a doctor be so attentive. Not many doctors take the time to explain what is actually going on but she went out of her way to explain what each test was for, how it works, and the results.
