I've been calling for quite some time trying to get a ride scheduled I'm always keep saying that I am not active but when I called they said I'm active and I cannot get my ride set up I'm going to grade this as a rating of a 2:00
The worst facility. I called so many times to transfer my data to Advent Health. It has been months. They have not done yet. I had to call so many times to get to the nurse. The costumer service cant help at all. They are very bad at communicating. I had gallbladder pollyp and i have to call them so many times to get my results. I have to go down to get to my data transferred and sing . They do not have any online service for me to sign in order to transfer my test results
Never Get This Insurance They are liars and you get stuck with a bill they say "Has been Covered" then wont do anything to help....
