Very inexperienced instructor. I had a really awkward experience with heather. I would not recommend.
The sound therapy experience was clarifying for the whole body. Start to finish, it went perfectly. I will definitely be back again!
I have so enjoyed rediscovering yoga with Heather. Her classes are fun, relaxing, affordable and geared toward any level of practice.
