As an incredibly self conscious and modest person I always wanted to try Yoga. I was concerned about a group setting. At Sunflower Grace, I was met with a wonderful calming environment, an absolutely incredible instructor and now I’m hooked! For those of you apprehensive or self conscious give this try. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain especially your when it benefits your health 🌻💛🌻
Great place to relax, Christine does an amazing job working on your problem areas. Peaceful massage room and environment, when you are ready to spoil yourself schedule an appointment. I’ll never go to any other massage therapist.
