What a mess. The lack of communication from this company was ridiculous. I’m giving it a 2 only because the carpet itself is nice and the installers seemed to be nice. They were supposed to call us within a couple hours of visiting the store to schedule an appointment for measurements. Never called, had to call them the following day and remind them. We came here after shopping for carpet at a few other places in town. Mark was straight to the point and got us a good deal on nice carpet. Install cost was very reasonable and the carpet and pad are nice. They were timely about everything they did. Had contractor Kevin Hardison install it and he was flexible with our schedule and did a nice job.
Very pleased - fair price, excellent service, and a quick turnaround.
Great store for all your flooring needs. They're the absolute best with customer service Mark, Nick, Bernie, and Dave are always willing to help with whatever you need. Loading and unloading is always a breeze with Danny and the other warehouse workers helping load and unload trash! Best place by far for flooring selection as well with alot of in stock choices to choose from!
