What kind of a bank can't take card over the phone, or take card in the branch? Useless bank
Tried to open an account here and they just wasted my time. First, came in at 9 Am with everything needed to open an account. At 4pm, I received a call saying she couldn't open the account because they didn't have a branch manager. So I went in and got the check I was opening the account with. Came back the next day, and was told by a different girl that none of the staff at this branch are trained so that's why they gave me incorrect answers!
