Multiple people who lived here moved to our building and now we have a bed bug infestation. Someday soon I will make a complaint with HUD or USDA for neglect, once I find out which agency to contact. The building either needs to be condemned or heat treated. Chemical treatment won't work!

The whole building is a wreck and wreaks of cigarette smoke. They have the largest bed bug infestation I’ve ever witnessed. I had the displeasure of speaking with Sandy (the person who runs the place) and let’s just say she’s a rude uncaring person. They haven’t had heat in the building for over a month. Residents are being told it will be fixed “this week” for the past month. Residents are still being forced to pay the full amount of rent even though they have no heat.
