Cozy and sweet. Not a lot of noise or traffic. Nice place to spend your time if you asked me. Close to amenities and anything you need can be walked to.
It was built in the 6os ,a lot of trailers are missing and it is pretty trashy. We hope it will be gone soon. I live across the street from it.
If you're looking for slumariffic...you found it Spencer property management out of iowa city 100%the worst....larry manager just as bad with his half a××maintenance guys...new trailer ya and it rained inside almost every room for 9 months...mold issues...yep....sewage problems another bonus....be careful...there nothing more than your worst nightmare and a big joke
