I signed up for an online ADOS training. I registered for the training at the end of November, and it took several weeks to complete the course. Upon completion, I completed the exam (over 100 questions) with a passing score. I was then sent to a survey screen to rate my experience. I was unable to move beyond the survey screen and contacted IT for assistance. Registered for a virtual workshop (over $1000) because other companies did not have availability. Due to unforseeable work circtances I had to cancel my attendance, and apparently they have a no refunds policy and gave me the option of telling one of my colleagues to attend the training instead (even though I paid out of pocket for it) or to sign up at another time, all during times I was unable to sign up.
