Sunfield is a great community to live in. Pulte did an OK job with our house - it was right after covid and we didin't get the option to make any upgrades/changes. Our master closet unfortunately did not survive the "3 year mark" but I was able to make it much nicer round 2. They don't cut corners, but craftsman is not close to perfect. Overall I would recommend but have multiple inspections and do not move in until you are satisfied.
