No after sales service. You contact them for any issue and all they say is contact manufacturer.
No after sales service. Sent emails to fix an issue with the panels. No response so far.
This company is a scam. You won't save money getting solar panels, you will still be paying the same electricity bill on top of paying for the solar. When you try to bring the issue up with them, they say they'll send a technician out but you'll never see the technician. Upon contacting them again they claimed the four months I waited for the technician the weather was too bad to send someone out, which is a complete lie. They blocked me from contacting them on Facebook and have deleted the bad reviews I have left. So I won'... read more
