No after sales service. You contact them for any issue and all they say is contact manufacturer.
This company is a scam. You won't save money getting solar panels, you will still be paying the same electricity bill on top of paying for the solar. When you try to bring the issue up with them, they say they'll send a technician out but you'll never see the technician. Upon contacting them again they claimed the four months I waited for the technician the weather was too bad to send someone out, which is a complete lie. I highly recommend Sunface Solar. I found them via facebook and they have been very easy to work with. Most of my communication has been with April, who has been very forthcoming with the information I needed to make the right decision on the up-sizing of my current system. The installers were very punctual, professional and tidy. The Qcell panels and enphase microinverters that were installed yesterday have been pumping out the power. Thank you for helping me out.
I got my solar system back in June 19 from Sunface Solar, they were very friendly and did a quality workmanship. I have saved more than $1,800 in just one year. Its fantastic. I remember when Tech Safe came for the inspection, they praised the quality of the inatallation too. Highly recommended them
