I personally do not recommend buying from this person Luis Correa US Sales Manager & Eastern Operations is a liar, he says that orders placed on his website do not leave his store, which is false since the shipping label is from this address and just like returns are returned here, not as Luis Correa says, that returns go to China. They directly offer you free shipping and then they want to charge you if you make a return and they also charge you 20%, which is what their website says. There is no charge for any return. BETTER HOPE THEY GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Ordered a set of tires and only three were delivered. Four days later and the last tire just shipped. No sense of urgency to satisfy their customers. Don't bother calling, they don't answer the phone or return calls if you leave a voicemail. Only way to get a hold of someone is email. Thank goodness for the staff at SunF! We were in a bind to get tires for our off road vehicle for a group ride and they came through! Got our order ready really fast and ready to go. When we arrived, we just loaded up and went. Very clean and organized warehouse, wish I had more time there! Thank you again for your continued support and being a great partner for us! We really appreciate you!!
