We purchased a Sunesta awning last year due to its durability which was all BS. We ordered the pitch control which blew out the shoulder 4 times rendering the awning useless and us waiting on parts from Florida to conveniently ship when they have another shipment.....no rush delivery. This made our awning useless for over half the summer. We just had another shoulder blow out and our sales person dissolved their company so I contacted Sunesta direcly via email and phone which they don't respond at all. From our first phone call, meeting with John the sales guy, and Dan and John for installation, it's been a wonderful experience! We had a Sunsetter at our previous house and it was okay. I had to install it which was quite a chore! Sunesta quality and warranty are far better than Sunsetter. John and Dan were professional installers done in about 90 minutes. I just received telephonic help, from a very nice young lady from your awning company, that helped me register my new awning that I had recently purchased from you.
