Great team, great products, great service!
The Sunesta awning installed by "Mr. Awning" has enhanced the enjoyment of our south-facing townhouse roof deck - like a treehouse with perfect shade control! It has lasted perfectly over one winter. Very happy with the addition.
The purchase, installation and operation of the product has gone very well with excellent service from our local company, R and D Hot Tubs, however, warrranty registation is not very well supported in Canada as the registration site does not allow a change of country. Also, the chat bot available does not accept any information unless given a valid American zip code which does not support Canadian service.
Your installers, were on time, courteous, friendly, kept everything very neat & cleaned up when they were done. They did a great job, explained everything when done & a GREAT job. It really adds to our home. Ron & Marly Howard
We used the company Gutter Helmet in St. Louis. I highly recommend the company for their thorough assessment of what we needed and the best way to get it done. Doug and Devin were great installers - making sure the awning was hung securely to Hardy siding (which can be tricky). They knew just what to do and got the job done right!
