Very professional encounters with installers Chris and Jared. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after completion of their work. Very impressed
One of your drivers was doing 100 in ocoee area and does not use his blinker i saw him change lanes 7 time in 30 seconds. Ridiculous. Get some dashcams and sync it with the insurance company to hold this driver accountable.
We had retractable awning custom made and installed by Sunesta and we absolutely love it. We got multiple estimates from the Ocala home show and Sunesta was the best price and seemed like the best quality. They custom made ours to precisely the width we needed (12'11"). With the others we would have had to settle for 12' wide. They did everything that was promised and quickly. We will recommend Sunesta Awnings to everyone
I purchased a sonesta retractable awning November of 2021. It had a 10-year warranty on fabric. In November of 2025. I contacted the original dealer/installer for sonesta and after close to 2 months of runaround on December 5th of 2025, I was informed that sonesta would not honor the 10-year warranty on the fabric. I have multiple holes throughout the awning. I have contacted another dealer rep for that company and have asked them to repair the holes at my expense. The salesman we had was so very nice and helpful when we were purchasing our awning. The installers were great. Very friendly and polite and did a great job installing our awning. Very careful in what they were doing and cleaned up everything. We enjoyed our awning this summer. Wish summer would be longer here in Minnesota. Can't wait till next summer to use the awning again.
