From our first phone call, meeting with John the sales guy, and Dan and John for installation, it's been a wonderful experience! We had a Sunsetter at our previous house and it was okay. The Sunesta awning installed by "Mr. Awning" has enhanced the enjoyment of our south-facing townhouse roof deck - like a treehouse with perfect shade control! It has lasted perfectly over one winter. Very happy with the addition.
The purchase, installation and operation of the product has gone very well with excellent service from our local company, R and D Hot Tubs, however, warrranty registation is not very well supported in Canada as the registration site does not allow a change of country. Also, the chat bot available does not accept any information unless given a valid American zip code which does not support Canadian service.
