We love our Sunesta retractable blind. Customer service outstanding throughout the process. Jared and Michael did an excellent job installing- thank you!
Install was quick and done well. Glad I added the motion sensor when awning starts moving too much due to wind gust. A great add on accessory. Installers were professional and explained how system worked and answered all my questions.
Due to the improper first initial installation, I am now being left responsible for paying for repairs that I believe should have been addressed by the company. This has been an ongoing issue, and the lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sunesta to others. I expected much better service and support from a company I have been a customer of since 2021.
Our less than 2 year old Sunesta Awning was extended on a bright sunny day and was unexpectedly blown up and both extension arms snapped. We learned today that the 10 year frame warranty does not cover replacement of these arms. This was not a storm, it was a gust of wind and then the awning was literally on our roof. Review the pictures and make your own decisions. $2000.00 repair estimate! We have contacted Sunesta several times with the requested information and have not heard back.
