The purchase of our Sunesta awning from W.A. Zimmer in Elkhart was very satisfying from start to finish. And we love it. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a Sunesta awning last year due to its durability which was all BS. We ordered the pitch control which blew out the shoulder 4 times rendering the awning useless and us waiting on parts from Florida to conveniently ship when they have another shipment.....no rush delivery. This made our awning useless for over half the summer. We just had another shoulder blow out and our sales person dissolved their company so I contacted Sunesta direcly via email and phone which they don't respond at all.
